Depending on the length of the last name, it may be that the house number has to be set on the address line (in smaller, black writing)
This sign/plaque is printed on a white, glass tile that measures 30cm wide and 7.5cm high. It can be attached to a wall with command strips or can be purchased with 2 display tiles (see photos)
Designs can be customised with many colours including: Gold Foil Rose Gold Foil\Filver Foil Gold Silver Black
The smaller wording will be done in black, unless another colour is preferred and I can cater to this if included in the personalisation box.
